Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness of the dining area
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Operate POS system (Point of Sale) to process orders and payments
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and delivery
Skills:
- Strong guest relations skills to provide exceptional service
- Knowledge of bussing procedures in a fast-paced food industry environment
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to deliver outstanding guest services with a positive attitude
- Proficiency in using POS systems for order processing
