About the Role

This opening is for a Member of the Technical Staff and/or Director, RF Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Participates in the conceptualization, modeling, analysis, development, documentation, and test/validation of semiconductor equipment.
• Develops and execute test plans that generate characterization data sufficient to understand and validate the performance of the design.
• Provide RF expertise to validate requirements and support next generation semiconductor equipment.
• Strong knowledge of RF system design concepts and RF delivery in the semiconductor industry.
• Work with other teams and suppliers to continuously improve technology, performance, and productivity.
• RF device modeling and circuit design.
• Responsible for conducting RF test development and execution, device-level reliability failure mechanisms and testing.
• Experience RF electrical characterization techniques and equipment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Exceptional data analysis, problem solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong technical writing and presentation skills.
• Ability to deal with complicated internal or customer problems under deadline pressure in a highly dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of working with CAD tools (in particular CREO) and SAP.
• Self-motivated and be able to take initiative.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
