Our client, a stable Los Angeles firm with a reputation for high-quality output, is seeking a talented and experienced Employment Litigation Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of relevant experience as well as excellent research, writing, and case management skills. The selected candidate will have a broad-facing defense practice handling a variety of matters including PAGA, Wage and Hour, Discrimination, Harassment, FEHA, and Retaliation for both class action and single-plaintiff disputes.
Previous candidates of ours have stated they feel valued and part of a team in this firm and that they maintain a friendly and collaborative work environment. The firm has no hard and fast billable hour requirement and candidates can generally expect a target of 1800 hours annually. This role will be based out of their Los Angeles office and offers the option to work on a fully remote schedule.
