Matura Farrington is Hiring a Recruiting Coordinator Near Redwood, CA

A national law firm is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join their team for a 6 month long assignment. The firm has an office in Silicon Valley, and is seeking candidates that are comfortable commuting into the office on a hybrid basis. Ideal candidates will have experience in recruiting within a law firm or professional services environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain candidate and training databases, including managing correspondence, collecting evaluations, performing data entry, and generating reports.
  • Plan and organize summer associate program events, track invoices and expenses, manage RSVP counts, and maintain summer associate files (evaluations, work assignments, transcripts).
  • Prepare documents and correspondence, including outreach to law school career services and student organizations.
  • Update department calendars and manage the team’s inbox, organizing incoming correspondences and ensuring prompt responses.
  • Schedule interviews and manage logistics, including reserving conference rooms, arranging catering and video conferences, and circulating calendar invitations.
  • Host candidates during interviews, greeting in-person candidates, and facilitating their interview schedules throughout the day.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in human resources, professional development, recruiting, event planning, or administrative roles in an office environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook, with knowledge of Excel.
  • Experience with recruiting databases is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Superior organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Compensation:

$28-$35/hr. depending on relevant experience
