- Proficiency in .NET/Java/Azure technologies with strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to translate high-level strategies into tactical execution
- Strong decision-making skills to address business challenges through technical solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology
- Directly manage a team of 5 developers, providing leadership and career development opportunities
- Oversee software solutions delivery and act as the technical escalation point for the team
- Drive project management efforts focused on process streamlining and efficiency improvements
- Establish and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and senior leadership
- Adhere to project plans and timelines, ensuring high-quality code delivery and performance
- Review and analyze code for accuracy, functionality, and technical design issues
- Support customer inquiries and stakeholder needs, achieving timely resolutions
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance system performance and efficiency
- Perform other tasks as required
