Service Valet

Job Summary

• Parks and retrieves vehicles for customers and employees.

General Accountabilities

• Greeting and assisting all guests in a professional manner. 
• Preparing vehicles for service by placing mats and plastic seat covers to protect the interior of the vehicle.
• Issues ticket stubs, or places numbered tags on windshields, and gives customers matching tags for locating parked vehicles.
• Takes numbered tags from customers, locates vehicles, and delivers vehicles.
• Maintains a sense of urgency to ensure vehicles are swiftly moved from the service lanes to minimize the congestion of vehicles at the service drive entrance.
• Operate all vehicles in a safe and cautious manner while driving from service lanes to the service parking lot.
• Willingness to work outside during all weather conditions.
• Punctual, team player, hard working.
• Must be able to drive a manual transmission.
• Inspects vehicles to detect any damage

Job Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older
• Licenses/Certifications: Valid driver's license required
