Our client, a major venture capital firm, is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide proactive administrative support to the Founder of the firm. In this role, you'll be at the heart of the action, managing his meetings, organizing his calendar, and orchestrating all domestic and international travel arrangements. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential as you navigate this executive’s high-volume inbox. The Role: Executive Assistant to Founder

The Ideal Candidate: Experience in finance preferred. Detail oriented. No task too big or too small mentality!
The day-to-day:

• Effectively manage calendar for Founder while prioritizing his schedule.
• Coordinate all travel accommodation and maintain regular expense reports.
• Manage executive inbox, drafting correspondence on his behalf.
• Support with meeting coordination, event planning, and other ad hoc projects.
