What Your Mission IsAs the Project Manager, your mission is to lead and oversee all Maven project deliveries, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will manage the production team, enforce safety and standard operating procedures, and streamline operations to minimize waste and maximize efficiency. You will be responsible for managing customer relations and resolving issues as they arise. By educating and mentoring team members, you will foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement, ultimately driving the success and profitability of Maven's projects and upholding the company’s reputation for exceptional service.

What Your Mission IsAs the Project Manager, your mission is to lead and oversee all Maven project deliveries, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. What You'll Do
- Work Mon-Friday 6am-4pm with overtime (Saturdays as needed)
- Lead and supervise Maven Production team, ensuring all project deliveries are on time and within budget.
- Oversee material procurement, reducing project waste and overages.
- Develop, implement, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) including OSHA standards and installation practices.
- Manage operations yearly plans and budgets, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Handle all aspects of storm operations, including team deployment and execution.
- Audit and approve subcontractor invoices to maintain budget constraints.
- Educate all Maven team members on roofing installation and product knowledge.
- Track equipment and vehicle assets, ensuring proper maintenance.
- Report critical incidents, managing company movements and logistics.
- Dependable and autonomous, thriving in high-pressure environments.
- People-oriented, adaptable, and enjoys multitasking.
- Detail-oriented with a strong and efficient work ethic.
- Achievement-oriented with a positive mindset and a self-starter attitude.
- Proven experience in roofing and construction management, including project coordination, overseeing teams, materials, and scheduling.
- Prior experience in a construction trade.
- Friendly and approachable personality.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and travel locally as needed.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
- Strong customer relations and management skills; responsible for resolving customer issues from start to finish.
- Valid driver's license and legally able to work in the United States.
