Title: Sr. Project Manager - FERC 898Duration: 6 months (potential for extension)
Hybrid: Portland, OR (8am-5pm M-F)
Note: The role is hybrid preferred, meaning it is open to remote candidates but with a preference for those who can attend limited in-person meetings (approximately once a month or less)Key Skills: Project management, change management, balancing high-profile projects, software/system implementations, stakeholder coordination, and communication skills. PMP certification and experience in accounting or finance systems are preferred.

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Senior Project Coordinator for a hybrid or remote role managing two key accounting projects for our client.
The audience types include project teams, end users, stakeholders, management, and external partners.
Key ResponsibilitiesSuccessfully manage and coordinate project deliverables, drive effective change management, engage stakeholders, meet deadlines, and maintain comprehensive documentation. Responsibilities include:
Change Management Expertise: Experience in driving change management processes and corporate communications.
Stakeholder Coordination: Strong skills in coordinating with stakeholders, managing deadlines, and addressing training and communication needs.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with software/system implementations, including tools like Microsoft Project, Asana, and SAP.
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred. PMP certification and experience with accounting/finance systems are advantageous.
Certification Preferences: PMP.
Physical Environment: 30% Office (in office and remote) and 70% Field or Other Client Offices
Driving/travel: Valid Driver's License required. Frequently within service territory.
