Current Opportunity: Dental Lab - Implant Technician Position Overview: We are currently seeking a full-time Dental Lab Implant Technician to play a crucial role in our operations. A dental implant technician is responsible for designing, creating, and repairing dental implants and prosthetic devices based on dentist specifications. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of dental materials and techniques. Key Responsibilities:
Create dental implants, crowns, bridges, and other prosthetic devices using various materials such as metals, ceramics, and composites.
Use molds, impressions, and digital scans provided by dentists to ensure accurate fabrication.
Customize implants and prosthetics to fit individual patients’ dental anatomy and aesthetic requirements.
Make necessary adjustments to ensure proper fit and function.
Operate CAD/CAM (Computer-Aided Design/Computer-Aided Manufacturing) software and equipment for precise creation of dental prosthetics.
Utilize 3D printing technology for rapid prototyping and production.
Inspect completed dental appliances for defects and ensure they meet prescribed standards.
Perform final adjustments and polishing to achieve a natural appearance and comfortable fit.
Repair and maintain dental implants and prosthetics as needed.
Ensure all tools and equipment are in good working condition.
Proficiency in using dental lab equipment and materials.
Skilled in CAD/CAM technology and 3D printing.
