- 3 years of experience as a financial analyst, with experience in the healthcare industry a plus
- Extensive experience in Excel and SQL, including experience with data mining and data analysis
- Proven problem-solving skills, with a track record for decision-making support
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
