Position Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Entry-Level Client Relations Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and helping to develop strategies that drive client success.
Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
• Assist in the planning and execution of client-focused campaigns and initiatives
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and solutions that meet client expectations
• Prepare regular reports and presentations on client account status and progress
• Attend client meetings, events, and presentations as needed to represent Maverick Solutions Inc

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow within the company
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Prior experience in customer service, account management, or sales is a plus but not required
