Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of fundraising events.
• Coordinate event logistics, including preparing and organizing materials and supplies.
• Support the creation and distribution of promotional materials for events.
• Engage with donors, sponsors, and participants to ensure successful event outcomes.
• Conduct market research to identify potential sponsors and fundraising opportunities.
• Provide administrative support to the fundraising team, including maintaining records and managing correspondence.
• Monitor and report on the success of fundraising events, offering insights for future improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all event-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of event plans and timelines.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure all event needs are met.
• Support the fundraising team in meeting financial targets and goals.
• Assist with donor and sponsor communications, including thank you letters and follow-ups.
• Help manage event registrations and attendee communications.
