Oracle Payroll Developer

Duration: Slated to go 4-6 months with a possible extension into 2025

Interview Process: Two rounds, one functional and one technical. Video interviews, likely 45 min to an hour long each.

*** This job is fully remote BUT candidates must be willing to go on-site for the first two weeks in Charlotte, NC for training.

Important Technical Skills:

• Oracle Cloud - Fast formulas, HCM Extract, OTBI, BI Publisher, PL-SQL and OIC
• Oracle HCM - 7 yrs exp - majority of experience developing payroll modules
• Loading data using HDL and HSDL loaders
• On cycle / off cycle payroll process flows, GL costing and creating 3rd party files
• ***Experience with payroll integrations into ADP, Fidelity, or something similar
• ***System Integration Testing
• ***PL/SQL

Important Soft Skills:

• Strong understanding of the payroll process
• Great people/ communication skills. This resource will be responsible for train team up on Oracle. Essentially looking for someone with SME level knowledge who is able to communicate that knowledge to teammates who are new to Oracle
