MaxAbilities of York County is a non-profit providing services and supports to individuals with disabilities and special needs. We operate 30 programs to include residential and day program services requiring a fleet of vehicles to include sedans, handicapped accessible buses and 15 passenger vans.

**Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated Fleet Manager to oversee our company's vehicle fleet operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the maintenance, scheduling, and overall efficiency of our fleet.

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement fleet management policies and procedures

- Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations

- Monitor fleet maintenance and repair to ensure vehicles are safe and operational

- Coordinate vehicle inspections and registrations

- Manage fuel purchases, tracking, and efficiency

- Oversee driver training programs

- Analyze data to optimize fleet performance and reduce costs

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field preferred

- Proven experience in fleet management or a similar role

- Strong knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards

- Excellent organizational and leadership skills

- Proficient in fleet management software systems

- Strong problem-solving abilities

- Effective communication skills to interact with drivers, vendors, and internal teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
