Maxcess International is Hiring a Regional Sales Manager - Central Ohio Near Ohio, OH

Candidates are required to reside in or be willing to relocate to the Northeast or central Ohio region of the United States.

Primary Responsibility

Plans and directs sales of organization's products and services by performing the following duties. Other duties may be assigned to accomplish objectives and goals.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Responsible for sales growth and account management for all Maxcess product lines in the defined territory in the US.
  • Establishes strategic sales to achieve corporate sales objectives of products and services.
  • Researches. analyzes, and monitors financial, technological, and demographic factors to capitalize on market opportunities and minimize effects of competitive activity.
  • High level of knowledge of web handling and converting machinery is a plus.
  • Familiarity with End-User’s and OEM’s sourcing and buying decision making process
  • Utilize and execute the Maxcess Win With the Winners sales strategy:
  • Identify and be actively engaged with critical Decisions Makers/Influencers at accounts
  • Develop and follow up on sales plans to both defend and grow our markets share as part of the Customer Acquisition Process (CAP)
  • Develop account specific sales strategies in conjunction with the Win With the Winners philosophy
  • Active use of CRM and associated reporting and pipeline management; Salesforce.com is Maxcess’ platform
  • Determines agencies and suppliers of record and negotiates contract terms and conditions for major services.
  • Achieves market share growth in relation to preset standards and industry and economic trends.
  • Monitors competitive products and marketing activities.
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key community and strategic partners.
  • Resolves conflicts and facilitates changes in structure of sales and marketing group to ensure objective fulfillment and swift response to marketing problems and opportunities.
  • Establishes and maintains a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events.

Experience

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 5 years’ minimum experience in Sales, Account, and Territory Management required
  • 5 years’ minimum experience in the Web industry (paper/aluminum/film, die cutting) required

Other Candidate Qualifications

  • Strong mechanical aptitude required. Web and strip handling experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills required with an ability to identify market/customer trends
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel
  • Active use of CRM and associated reporting and pipeline management required
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to make sales calls at the customer location that may result in exposure to mechanical, electrical and chemical hazards
  • Must be able to travel to customer locations by car or flight throughout the United States. Minimum of 50 - 60% travel required
  • Work in conditions typical of a manufacturing environment – noise, dust, odors, etc.

Compensation package:
