Are you ready to power positive change?
Your Mission: As our Regional Sales Manager for the Upper Mid-Atlantic region you will be responsible for building relationships, managing expectations, driving value and ultimately delivering the sales plan at the distributor and installer level. The Upper Mid-Atlantic RSM will be focused on a fairly large number of small markets throughout several states. Because of this, geographic locations is flexible.
This role would suit a self-motivated, results-oriented individual who is comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment and has a track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
The ideal candidate will possess sound commercial and key account management experience coupled with a deep understanding of the PV industry and the distributed generation business. The candidate must be well connected with relevant stakeholders within the industry, particularly in their given region.
Strong interpersonal and internal coordination skills are also required as the role interacts with several internal functions including sales operations, legal, marketing, and logistics.
The Regional Sales Manager will report directly to the Area Sales Director and will be a home-based remote position.
Make Your Mark: How You Will Drive Change : Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets and annual plans by implementing effective sales strategies. Train and enable distributor and installer teams with Maxeon sales tools, ensuring they can effectively communicate and leverage Maxeon's advantages. Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets and annual plans by implementing effective sales strategies.
Recommend and implement strategies aimed at increasing our share within the distributed generation segment.
Maintains expert level knowledge of market trends, regulations, and tariffs relative to the solar industry, particularly for their region. Ensure compliance with Environment, Health, and Safety standards, as well as Manufacturing Quality standards and regulations.
Your Toolkit: Skills That Make a Difference
Essential for your Success:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5 years of experience in PV or a closely related industry i.e., high-value products sold in the home or commercial segment, where products require installation from a professional and there is some element of after-sales support.
5 years of sales experience with a track record of hitting and exceeding targets
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Willingness to travel up to 75%

The US base salary range for this position is $108,000-$158,000 sales incentives benefits. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location.
