Position Details:

·Pediatric

·Acuity Level: G-tube / Trach / Vent

·Location: Glendale

·Schedule: Full Time, Monday – Friday, 7a-5p

About case:

Patient is a pediatric male who is needing help 5 days a week at school. The family is looking for a nurse to accompany the patient to school. This would entail meeting at the patients home, going to school with them, and then coming home from school. This family is an amazing and kind family to work with. There is a lot of flexibility when it comes to working for Maxim Healthcare Service's!

(We offer training for these skills if you do not have experience!)

Sign On Bonus:

Responsibilities:

·Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care

·Performs focused interview to identify specific patient needs

·Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psycho-social changes in the patient’s condition

·Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses

·Other Registered Nurse (RN) duties as assigned
