Builder Sales Manager – Eastern Region USA (you do not need to live in Florida, just be able to cover the Eastern USA region)

Pre-eminent lighting fixture company that has been a leader in the industry for over half a century seeking Builder Sales Manager for the eastern region:

Description:

• Focus on strategic accounts for Single and Multi-family building communities.
• Strong working relationships with regional and national builders, general contractors, and electrical contractors.
• Firm understanding of strategic goals, market position, and ability to work cross-functionally within office to help facilitate growth plan.
• Ability to identify gaps in assortment and pricing for product development.
• Conduct in-depth RFPs; identify and negotiate sales contracts.
• Develop an on-going outreach program and communicate with the Builder Division Director.
• Must be able to travel up to 50% to meet with clients, attend tradeshows, and networking events.

Your Education and Experience:

• A minimum of 10 years of successful Sales Management experience working within the construction and renovation industry with an emphasis on understanding interiors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $175,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year
