Roles & Responsibilities

  • Achieve productivity, appointment setting, and revenue targets
  • Accurately track and report productivity and sales metrics

What You’ll Do

  • Evaluate current sales strategies
  • Develop and implement a plan to increase efficiencies throughout all associated departments.
  • Analyze current operational procedures in all associated departments.
  • Plan and deploy strategic solutions.
  • Create and execute sales strategies to surpass existing revenue and profit goals.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership team, integrator and c-level personnel.

Measurements:

  • Achieve monthly and annual business development targets for the Acquisitions Team
  • Implement and track KPIs for the team's performance and adjust strategies as needed
  • Provide regular progress reports to senior management, including insights on market trends, opportunities, and challenges
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and properties
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention through relationship management

Summary of Responsibilities:

  • Planning, developing, implementing and monitoring business sales strategy.
  • Set target metric with supporting KPI’s.
  • Contribute towards increased company revenue.
  • Work hand in hand with the Lead Management and Sales departments.
  • Develop and implement best practices for team personnel.

What You'll Have:

  • Highly skilled communicator – both written and verbal, including formal presentations.
  • Highly skilled with people - leading, helping, supervising, instructing, persuading, mentoring, motivating, communicating, counseling, and negotiating.
  • Advanced skills in computer operation and technology including CRMs, marketing platforms and REI industry tools.
