Maximum Services is Hiring a General Manager Near Kremmling, CO
- Reviews cost reports, time sheets, equipment records, engineering reports and project construction schedules to maintain overall schedules and assure work is completed on time.
- Ensures that project/department milestones and goals are met and adhere to approved budgets.
- Maintains relationships with team members, clients and subcontractors.
- Oversee day-to-day operations.
- Verify that safety (OSHA) and environmental standards are the highest of priorities and are being adhered to.
- Develop, track, update, forecast and modify project schedules and budgets throughout all phases of all projects.
- Design strategy and set goals for growth.
- Set policies and procedures.
- Oversee recruitment and training of employees.
- Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally.
- Ensure quality control, health and safety policies are strictly observed.
- Direct the employee assessment process.
- Maintain budgets and optimize expenses.
- Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance.
- Prepare regular reports for the ownership.
- Meet/exceed customer expectations and needs.
- Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licenses.
- Ensure contractual conditions of performance are met.
- Review and approve all invoices and change orders associated with the project.
- Analyze, manage and mitigate risks.
- Provide solutions to issues.
- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role.
- 10 years of experience in civil construction and construction management.
- 5 years’ experience in planning and budgeting.
- Knowledge of business processes and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.).
- Strong analytical ability.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
- Problem-solving aptitude.
- BSc/BA in Business or equivalent practical experience, construction management experience desired.
- $125 - $150K per year DOE benefits, bonus & company vehicle.
