Description: P/E backed healthcare technology and pharmacy management company is looking for an Accounting Associate as a result of its organic growth and recent M&A activities. The Accounting Associate will report to the Controller and be responsible for month end close activities, vendor invoice posting, invoicing and cash application.
Required Education & Skills:
- Associates degree in accounting or relevant experience
- Proficient/Advanced Excel skills
- Efficient in ERP systems – Netsuite is preferred
- Great written, verbal and interpersonal skills and strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Experience:
- 2 years general accounting experience
Essential Job Functions:
- Provide monthly accounting closure procedures and deliverables, which includes journal entries and account reconciliations
- Vendor invoice and cash posting
- AR invoicing and cash application
- Provide support and documentation to external auditors
- Other ad hoc projects as assigned
