We are seeking a passionate and motivated Database Developer proficient in Oracle and SQL programming to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist in the design, development, and maintenance of SQL-based code while collaborating with a team of experienced developers and IT professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with developers and project managers to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Develop and implement high-quality code in accordance with established coding standards and best practices.
• Assist in the design and architecture of solutions, considering both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while debugging and troubleshooting issues as needed.
• Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance of code components to ensure functionality, performance, and security.
• Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and incorporate suggestions for improvements.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance development processes and skills.
• Document development activities, including code comments, technical specifications, and user guide

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Minimum 3 years of related work experience with Database Development
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns
• Proficiency in Oracle backend systems and SQL programming language and related frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, etc.)
• Familiarity with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks (e.g., Angular, React) is a plus
• Experience with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and learn new technologies quickly
• PowerCenter, Business Objects Web Intelligence, Microsoft Visual Studio, Toad, JAVA SpringFrame, JAVASCRIPT, APEX 5.2 or greater, Leadtools, Oracle RDBMS, WebLogic, Tomcat, go Anywhere, Java (SpringFrame)
