Job Title: Scientist II

Duties: Principal ResponsibilitiesKey responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

Provide hands-on and strategic leadership to in-vitro/Ex-vivo capabilities - e.g. cell culture, Organ-on-a-chip platform or cell/tissue based assay development.
Ability to effectively troubleshoot complex cellular experiments, and an ability to confidently utilize the cutting-edge technologies towards the scientific questions at hand.
Independently design, plan, and execute experiments; select approaches to achieve project objectives by leveraging prior experience and application of sound experimental procedures.
Skills:Innovate and improve current methodologies to understand and enhance drug product performance.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues across different departments to get critical feedback and advance key findings.
Clearly document, compile and interpret experimental data; manage laboratory notebook, databases, and/ or spreadsheets to present data in a meaningful manner.
Keep up to date on relevant scientific literature.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution with three-plus (3 ) years of experience in related scientific discipline or Master's Degree from an accredited institution in related scientific discipline or equivalent experience in related field.
