The BA will be responsible for assessing, testing, gathering and documenting requirements for the Business Online/Mobile Banking and Treasury Management products. The candidate will work closely with the Product owner, UX, QA, Technology, and other stakeholders to understand the current state and build requirements for the future state. Contribute to process improvement initiatives related to Business Online/Mobile Banking, Treasury Management and Back Office Administration tools. Detailed understanding of Treasury Management Payments such as ACH, Wire and Account to Account Transfers is a must have.

Qualifications.

Must Have

• Must have experience working on SAAS products.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in creating following documents.

Use Case document and

Process Flows.

Gap Analysis of the legacy and new platform

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Digital Commercial Payments such as ACH, Wires and A2A transactions.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience with ‘Electronic documents’ such as Statements and Reports.
• Exceptional written, verbal communication skills and active listening.
• Ability to communicate effectively across different levels of the organization and with external.
• Technically competent with various software programs, including but not limited to Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and SharePoint.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands.
