Job Overview:

We are seeking an Appointment Coordinator to join our team . The ideal candidate will have experience in a busy clinic setting, possess strong administrative skills, and be knowledgeable about HIPAA regulations.

Responsibilities:

- Manage incoming calls and inquiries

-Responsible for coordinating and maintaining schedules for clients and staff.

- Fast pace environment with many time sensitive calls and emails requiring quick response, accurate communication and the ability to be flexible and multitask.

- Ability to communicate with co workers efficiently, clearly, and with accuracy

- Maintain office organization and cleanliness to ensure a welcoming environment

Experience:

- Prior experience in a clinic setting is preferred
- Proficiency in phone systems and administrative tasks
- Familiarity with Google Calendar and Simple Practice and/or Dr Chronos or similar software for appointment scheduling
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality
- Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
