Role Overview
The Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in strategizing and executing our U.S. marketing strategy. This role encompasses a wide range of tasks, including managing marketing materials, orchestrating events, overseeing public relations, maintaining social media presence, engaging with stakeholders, and upholding THEO's brand integrity. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will significantly influence our brand's visibility and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Event Planning and Management: Coordinate industry events and seminars from planning to execution, enhancing brand exposure and engagement.
2.Social Media Management & Content Creation: Update social media channels with engaging content that promotes our products and initiatives, building an active community. Create Content by yourself or with external partner including editors and videographers.
3.Marketing Material Management: Oversee the creation, update, and distribution of marketing materials, ensuring alignment with our brand message.
4.Email Marketing: Create engaging email campaigns.
5.Public Relations: Collaborate with PR agencies to secure media coverage that positively represents our brand and amplifies our message.
6.Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate relationships with external stakeholders, media, and key opinion leaders to support our brand and business goals.
7.Brand Stewardship: Ensure a consistent and appealing presentation of THEO's brand and corporate identity across all marketing activities.
8.Partnership Development: Develop strategic partnerships to broaden our market reach and influence.
9.Marketing Strategy and Analytics: Work with the marketing team to implement strategies, utilizing analytics to inform decisions and evaluate success.
Qualifications:
10.Experience in marketing, with a solid track record in event management, PR, social media, and brand management.
11.Native English communication skills, with exceptional writing and speaking abilities.
12.Creative and strategic thinker, able to generate innovative ideas and align them with our business objectives.
13.Strong project management capabilities, able to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
14.A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus, but we welcome marketing professionals of any background who have demonstrated skill and success in their marketing careers.
15.Familiarity with the welding or manufacturing industry is beneficial but not required.
