A personal training team member at MaxStrength Fitness may be perfect for you if:

Critical Roles of the Position:
· Provide world-class workouts to our clients
· Become a subject matter expert in our evidence-based strength training protocol
· Optimize your schedule
· Retain clients
· Teach clients and other team members about evidence-based exercise
In addition to the compensation, MaxStrength Fitness offers a competitive benefits package that includes paid time off, health insurance, 401k, and extensive internal and external education/development opportunities.
Hiring for 4 afternoons a week,3 mornings and a Saturday rotation of 1-2x a month of Saturday mornings. About 25-30 hours a week with opportunities to increase hours as business grows.
Qualifications
*College/Associate's degree preferred but not mandatory.
* Personal Training experience
*Excellent verbal communications skills.
*Excellent listening skills.
*Adept at adjusting to people’s moods and personalities.
*Must have the emotional stamina to be “at your best” with each client.
Reporting Structure
*Report to assigned Supervisor; you supervise no one.

*Bi Annually
Compensation
*Highly competitive and based on experience (full-time employees receive paid vacations and health and dental insurance) Bonus structure and pay scales based on client visits that is higher than hourly rate.
