Salary: $65,000-$80,000

Supply Chain Analyst 

Maxxis International, the U.S. division of a global tire manufacturer, has a challenging opportunity for a Supply Chain Analyst in Suwanee, GA. This is an outstanding career opportunity is for an individual who is passionate about the tire industry, possesses supply chain experience, and has excellent computer skills, solid verbal and written communications skills, and a strong desire to excel. This role will help to improve our company’s product delivery and service to our customers by investigating pain points within the process and developing solutions to resolve conflicts and inefficiencies. 

Responsibilities:

Including but not limited to: 

  • Conduct research and analysis to ensure compliance with applicable supply chain laws, regulations, and industry standards (ISO, IATF 16949, and various trade compliance standards)
  • Plan and carry out large-scale projects
  • Assess our company's processes and inventory, then use that data to improve efficiency and reduce costs
  • Monitor and collect data on current operations, including scheduling, sourcing, warehousing, production, and delivery
  • Gather data on each step within the supply chain, using it to recommend changes to reduce costs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance in various projects
  • Conduct internal audits and investigations to identify potential compliance issues
  • Prepare reports and documentation for regulatory agencies

Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, analytical and decision-making skills
  • Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, law, finance, supply chain) required
  • 3 years of experience in supply chain regulatory compliance required
  • Project Manager experience preferred
  • Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management preferred
