Job Title: Operation Coordinator

Job-Type: Full-time

Location: Fontana, CA

Key Objectives: Work with Operations Manager and other personnel to perform a wide range of administrative and operations tasks to support Operations Department as well as the organization. Job duties will range from shipping coordination, shipping rates evaluation, warehouse equipment supplies purchase and ISO 9001 certification achievement.

Job Description:

  • Interact with third party logistics service providers
  • Negotiate rates with carriers to ensure the required profit margins as directed by the company are achieved
  • Create and maintain contact with vendors to ensure timely delivery of products
  • Maintain communication with warehouse staff to ensure proper working order
  • Maintain warehouse performance reports (e.g., warehouse on-time shipment reports)
  • Maintain ISO 9001 certification
  • Provide information and issue shipping instructions to ensure deliveries arrive on time and to their current location
  • Order essential types of equipment and materials for warehouse
  • Support assigned short-term projects
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bilingual Mandarin required
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to take care of anything that will help the President and Operations Manager and solve issues to their satisfaction
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong skills using a PC and the Internet
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
