Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our team. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive dining experience.

Duties:

- Greet guests with a warm welcome and seat them accordingly
- Manage reservations and walk-in guests efficiently
- Assist in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment
- Answer phone calls and take reservations
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen staff to ensure timely seating and service
- Provide guests with menus.

Experience:

- Prior experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred
- Proficiency with POS systems, specifically Pixel Point POS, is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
- Excellent communication and phone etiquette skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
