We are expanding our team and hiring for the next Service Manager as we care for our clients in the Class A High-Rise, Industrial, and Medical spaces of Atlanta and surrounding areas. The Service Manager role consists of excelling in three key areas to be successful - Client Engagement, Project Management, and Sales.
- Consult with clients on their building's electrical needs.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, achieving each client's goal and timeline.
- Attend client engagements set by Business Development Team.
- Conduct 3-5 in person client visits on a daily basis.
- Be a catalyst for rolling out important preventative maintenance programs to our clients.
- Send several proposals each week to clients, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Review billing deliverables, and return to the Billing Team within the same day.
- Follow-up with clients on proposals, obtaining key feedback.
- Support 24/7 Hotline, ensuring electrical emergencies are handled well.
- Respond expeditiously to same day client requests.
