Must-Haves/Job Responsibilities:

Accounting Major.

Completed Bachelors/Undergraduate studies.

QuickBooks online or desktop experience.

Bank reconciliation experience.

Data entry experience.

Filing experience.

Handle ad hoc tasks of the Accounting department whenever necessary.

Work onsite in NYC 10001.

Bilingual in both English and Mandarin Chinese.

Detail oriented, can work in a team as well as independently, strong work ethics, proactive and positive attitude.

Regular work hours from Monday to Friday 9AM to 6PM with 1 hour lunch break. NO weekends or overtime to be expected.

Due to the nature of the position, we would require someone who speaks Mandarin Chinese (in addition to English).

Highly Preferred:

Prior or current Accounting internship experience.
