Overview

The CRM Administrator administers the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, Power BI reports, and other sales enablement applications to optimize and ensure data integrity, provide valuable sales insights, and drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Job Skills Requirements 

• Demonstrated expertise in the configuration and administration of CRM systems, such as Microsoft Dynamics or similar, with hands-on experience in system administration, configuration, and reporting. 
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and visualization using tools (i.e. Power BI, Tableau, or Microsoft Excel). 
• Strong project management and process improvement skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions to optimize sales workflows. 
• Experience in change management and driving user adoption of new sales technologies and processes. 

Education Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, or similar degree programs, or equivalent education and experience. 

Experience Requirements 

• Minimum of three years of experience in data analytics and CRM administration. 
• Experience in B2B CRM systems within the manufacturing industry is preferred.
