Position Title: Assistant Studio Manager

Reports to: Studio Manager

Schedule: 30-40 hours/week

Pay Structure: Base hourly rate of $18.50- $23 plus commissions and bonus potential.

Job Overview

The Assistant Studio Manager supports the Studio Manager in leading the studio in all aspects of membership sales, retention, employee development, and marketing. He or she acts as manager on duty, when the Studio Manager is not in, and supervises team members, including Sales Associates, Instructors, and Head Instructors. The Assistant Studio Manager is plays a ket role in the training of team members, planning and assigning daily, weekly, and monthly goals, achieving and exceeding their own personal sales goals, provides excellent customer service, and executes completion od assigned tasks. He or she supports the daily management of social media and marketing to bring awarness of the brand to life in the communities surrounding the studio.

Responsibilities

• Sets the example for sales team members in sales productivity to support continued success and future growth

• Regularly attends training, bringing lessons learned back to sales staff for implementation.

• Regularly attends classes, a minimum of one visit per week.

• Helps in the management daily operations, including client and staff concerns in a fast-paced fitness studio

• Works directly with the studio manager to increase studio utilization and workout traffic

• Promotes the studio and brand through social media efforts by directing staff to participate in campaigns

• Executes and coordinates the company’s marketing and ongoing sales drivers (pre-sale events, studio events, outreach)

• Responsible for meeting performance metrics (KPI’s), revenue, ordering, inventory, payroll, and facilities maintenance

• Meets or exceeds personal and studio total goals

• Acts as brand ambassador for community engagement, lead generation, civic networking, and collaboration
