Position Summary:
The Crane Service Training and Development Program Manager plans, structures, directs and coordinates all Technical and Technician Training and Development within the Crane Service division. The Crane Service Training and Development Program Manager will manage, maintain and report all records and tracking for the Lifting Mechanic and Rigger Apprenticeship Programs. The Crane Service Training and Development Program Manager is the liaison between management, Lifelong Learning and the service regions on all technical training within Crane Service. This position will also support and manage the external customer training programs as well as the Mazzella Trainers that perform Customer trainings.
