As the Lifting School Program Manager, you will develop, implement, and facilitate this innovative program to equip participants with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
This role blends Learning and Development expertise with program/project management skills. You’ll collaborate with students, lifting leadership, subject matter experts, and the Lifelong Learning team to create an engaging curriculum that covers all aspects of the business—including culture, finance, sales, operations, and marketing.

Requirements
Job Duties:
- Responsible for facilitating Lifting School participants through the Lifting School Program
- Ensure all learning content and experience aligns with the Lifelong Learning Design elements
- Work with SME's to create and facilitate learning objectives for each discipline (i.e., Crane Service, Safety, etc.)
- Coordinate and schedule site visits/audits
- Lifting Leadership liaison for student progress, improvement project approval and support, etc.
- Define a Project Management process for student cohorts
- Create and maintain project management information, including analyzation of successes, challenges, risks
- Create and conduct student tests/assessments of knowledge, measurement of progress to set expectations
- Ensuring goals are met in areas including safety, quality, and team member performance.
- Continuous improvement of program
- Recruiting for program - the "face" (ambassador) of the program
- Maintain work area, equipment, and tools in a clean and organized manner; follow all Safety Guidelines
- Committing to Lifelong Learning by completing all assigned learning and seeking opportunities to improve self
- Other duties as assigned
- A high school diploma or GED is required, an undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university in a related discipline. In the absence of a degree, directly related job experience where a number of years and proven knowledge may offset the degree requirement.
- Experience and knowledge of Mazzella’s business, products and services
- Experience working cross functionally between teams.
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to leadership.
- Experience defining and executing program requirements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to contribute to the development of learning content and documentation
- Social aptitude – being friendly, social and positive.
- Tenacity – derives joy and fulfillment from seeing tasks through to completion.

- Strong planning and execution skills required
- Must be detail oriented, self-motivated and disciplined with the ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently.
