Position Overview

MB Solutions Floor & Cleaning Services is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to drive our business growth. This position is 100% commission-based, giving you the opportunity to control your income based on your sales success.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and Target Clients: Locate potential business clients needing floor care and AC duct cleaning services.
• Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong connections with new and existing clients.
• Conduct Assessments: Provide on-site evaluations and create tailored service proposals.
• Communicate Value: Clearly articulate the benefits and value of our services to prospective clients.
• Sales Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions.
• Collaborate: Work closely with our operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Stay Informed: Keep up with industry trends and competitor offerings.

• Proven sales experience, especially in service-oriented industries.

• Reliable transportation for client visits.
