Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an EA LICENSES TAX PREPARATION FOR 1040, 1120, 1120S EXEMPT FIDUCIARY ACCOUNTING QUICK BOOK PAYROLL. As part of the team at MBA Tax Consultants Inc, the candidate will be responsible for executive administrative assistance, handling expense reports, providing executive support, and effective communication. The role involves working in our Los Angeles office.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Accounting
• IRS Federal License Practitioner(EA)
• Preferred CPA
• Strong executive administrative assistance skills
• Experience in handling expense reports
• Ability to provide executive support
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in administrative assistance
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Knowledge of tax preparation for 1040, 1120, 1120S, exempt fiduciary accounting, and QuickBooks Payroll
• Familiarity with financial planning and business management
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
