We are seeking a skilled and experienced Survey CAD Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in AutoCAD and Microstation programs and will be responsible for overseeing the survey CAD team, ensuring precision and efficiency in all drafting and design tasks.

This role involves managing and leading the survey CAD team, developing and maintaining CAD standards and procedures, creating and reviewing survey-related drawings and documents, and collaborating with project managers, surveyors, and other team members to ensure accurate and efficient project delivery. Additionally, the Survey CAD Manager will provide training and support to team members on CAD software and best practices, and troubleshoot and resolve any CAD-related issues.

Qualifications for this position include proven experience as a Survey CAD Manager or similar role, proficiency in AutoCAD and Microstation, a strong understanding of survey principles and practices, excellent leadership and team management skills, strong attention to detail and organizational abilities, and effective communication and interpersonal skills.
