This PRN position in our Denver, Colorado market, where you'll collaborate with fellowship-trained clinicians, is perfect for both new graduates and experienced therapists. 

Compensation: Hourly rates range from $60.00 to $71.00, based on experience

Work Schedule: PRN 

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess patients' physical therapy needs, formulate specific treatment plans and goals, and implement these plans with physician approval.
• Completion of all required documentation in an accurate and timely manner:
  • Initial evaluations
  • Daily treatment notes
  • Staffing reports
  • Discharge summaries
  • Timely reassessment
• Educational activities for patient
• Billing-related documentation 
• Insurance justification letters for equipment purchase and rentals
• Other patient care-related documents as needed
• Provide patient educational services, both verbally and in writing, documenting all educational activities and patient responses in charts.
• Supervise the administration of physical therapy services by the Physical Therapy Assistant as needed.
• Participate in treatment plan reviews, patient case review conferences, patient assessments and reassessments, and staffing with physicians.
• Adhere to the company's established policies and procedures, including strict patient confidentiality.
• Assist the Medical Director as directed in the following, but not limited to: Utilization Review & Quality Assurance
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s, Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Valid physical therapy license in good standing, or diploma to practice physical therapy in the State of Colorado.
• Current CPR certification.
• Must be willing to provide coverage to our Denver Northeast, Aurora, Lakewood and Englewood Clinics.
