What You Will Be DoingThe MBO Solutions Implementation Project Manager is responsible for program managing the successful rollout of MBO Services, Products and Solutions for our global enterprise clients. This role manages all aspects of program setup for ongoing delivery excellence in support of the client’s business objectives and serves as the central collaboration driver with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and the client. The Implementation Project Manager is responsible for utilizing a consultative approach to delivering successful client programs and aligning internal objectives with client needs by serving as an advocate for the project and central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

In This Role You Will
  • Lead the management of client program implementation during the project life cycle including pre-sales, project initiation, planning, and execution/
  • Create, communicate, update, and manage the project plan.
  • Work with the client to define key performance indicators (KPIs) that will be used to measure the success of the program against client objectives.
  • Provide client-ready assets such as comprehensive documentation and user guides.
  • Work closely with third parties and internal partners to build solutions that are mutually beneficial and meet the client’s requirements.
  • Overcome unforeseen obstacles/barriers by utilizing clear communication delivered in a professional manner in order to attain cooperation and buy-in from both clients and internal associates.
  • Analyze requirements and produce innovative solutions in accordance with MBO’s best practices in employment & HR law as it relates to Independent Consultants, Contractors and Project Workers
  • Facilitate discovery of client data and processes to uncover potential areas of risk or concern
  • Develop and manage project schedules and deliverables and report on status and results
  • Conduct detailed workflow and business reviews to monitor project results and control resources; modify project plan accordingly
  • Coordinate activities and meetings internally and with client stakeholders to analyze business requirements and solicit feedback ongoing
  • Follow implementation methodology and MBO’s operational excellence standards to implement solutions.
  • Deliver projects on time and ensure all parties involved are aligned and in agreement that the program is ready for kick-off
RequiredWhat You Need to Stand Out
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, Information systems or another related field required
  • 3-5 years of experience in a relevant industry where strong Account and Project Management skills were utilized to implement new client programs with larger multifaceted organizations and multiple stakeholders
  • Proven experience in managing programs or similar large-scale implementations
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of staffing and payroll.
  • Strong client service experience.
  • Technical proficiency in system integration and data management.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and drive continuous improvement.
  • Experience developing and delivering presentations
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to “influence” others
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and prioritization skills
  • Experience working in a customer focused environment to drive client programs and deliver solutions that are highly adopted
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently and function in a fast-paced, demanding, high growth environment, while maintaining a client service-oriented approach.
  • Skilled in MS Visio, Project, Excel and task management software
Preferred (but Not Required)
  • Previous experience managing contingent labor programs and in-depth knowledge of Managed Service Providers (MSP) & Vendor Management Systems (VMS) related to the contract workforce
  • Knowledge of HR law, federal / state wage laws, and general pay policies, procedures, and regulations is a plus
  • An understanding of the staffing and consulting industries
  • Professional certifications (CCWP, PHR)
