- Minimum of two (2) years' experience in proposal writing in response to Federal and/or State Request for Proposals (RFP) and analyzing / understanding RFP requirements
- Demonstrated writing skills, including composition of effective and strategic RFIs, and RFP/RFQ.
- Applied analytical and strong organizational abilities and a dedication to quality and reliability in all work tasks.
- Ability to manage relationships.
- Ability to work under deadline pressure, while maintaining accuracy and detail.
- Basic project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel preferred.
