We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Catering Sales Manager to oversee our catering operations in Illinois. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management, leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional catering services.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement catering strategies to drive sales growth and profitability
• Ensure high-quality food and beverage offerings are delivered to clients
• Conduct interviews, hire, train, and mentor catering team members
• Manage catering budgets, pricing strategies, and cost controls
• Utilize POS systems for order processing and inventory management
• Be an ambassador for the brand by building relationships with local community members

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in catering or hospitality industry with a focus on supervising and leadership roles
• Strong knowledge of food service management principles and practices
• Ability to lead a team effectively, delegate tasks, and provide guidance
• Proficient in conducting interviews, training staff, and performance evaluations
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, vendors, and internal teams
