Our company is looking for a Administrator to join our team. The position of Location Administrator is a key administrative support role within McAlister-Smith and is critical to deliver quality service to each family served. The primary role of the Administrative Assistant is to partner with the Funeral Director in planning and executing funerals in such a manner that we exceed the expectations of the families we serve. Equally important is the utilization of specific record keeping and communication tools, accurately and efficiently, to ensure that information is shared, both within the company and with partner organizations, in a timely manner.
