McArthur Counseling Center is an outpatient, private mental health agency looking to add an additional full-time front desk/receptionist/customer service rep to our team. Position includes afternoons and evenings. Ideal candidate would be available Monday through Thursday 9:30am-9:30pm. Paid hour lunch. Duties include answering phones, scheduling patients, data entry and appointment reminder calls. Always closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Must be friendly, able to multi-task, have great attention to detail and be reliable. Paid sick time and vacation time after 6 months. Paid weekly. 4 day work week!! Please e-mail resume.
