Position Summary:

As the Storeroom Buyer-Breaker, you will run daily receiving and issue reports for the previous day and e-mail to the required people. You will run daily parts replenishment reports and send out for vendor quotes; process released work order items and create PO’s (purchase orders) for manager approval; and troubleshoot discrepancies between invoices and PO’s, making corrections before processing for payment. Fills in for vacations, works occasional overtime, and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
• Minimum 6 months as a storeroom clerk or related experience and/or training
• Knowledge of or ability to learn data processing software (SAP)
• Ability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports and correspondence, and speak effectively before groups of customers or employees
• Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs

Physical Demand:

Constant: Stand; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.

Frequently: Walk and use hands to finger, handle, or feel.Regularly lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally more than 50 pounds.

Occasionally: Sit, climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and taste or smell.
