MAI is currently seeking a full-time, Sample Receptionist to add to our team. Must be available to work Monday thru Friday; 12-9pm. The ideal candidate will possess a high school or equivalent degree, good basic computer skills, intelligence & the ability to work effectively in a high-paced environment and as part of a close-knit team.

A scientific background is desired but not mandatory.

The position requires above-average communication skills, an exceptional ability to multi-task and excellent attention to detail. Duties include: receiving samples following a chain of custody documentation structure, logging samples into our database in an efficient manner, preparing sampling kits for our clients, answering phones, greeting clients, plus many other miscellaneous office/lab tasks.

Entry level salary range $18 - $26/hour. Full benefits include medical, dental, 401(k), and paid vacation. Merit-based bonuses may be provided. Salary compensation will be based on experience and discussed onsite as appropriate
