The Worldgroup Design team is at the center of a 24,000-person organization of creative and strategic people. We specialize in solving complex business challenges and supporting C-suite executives in pioneering new marketing strategies. About The Role

We seek a Senior Designer to provide hands-on design support across the McCann Worldgroup network, working closely with the leadership team to develop world-class design solutions for the MW brand. Reporting to the Design Director, you will help develop world-class design solutions for the MW brand, enhancing our presence across internal and external channels.

What You’ll Do

• Champions visual design to produce world-class executions.

• Support day-to-day design needs: social posts, presentation decks, corporate communications, and more.

• Collaborate closely with creative, communications, PR, events, social strategists, production, and project management teams to bring a cohesive vision across offices.

• Partner with the Design Director to evolve the new McCann Worldgroup brand identity.

• Develop and refine stakeholder presentations and corporate communications across social, print, and experiential.

• Concept unique approaches across web, social media, events, print and digital communications, data visualization, interactive videos, and promotional materials.

• Offer a thoughtful point of view on how content should be optimally displayed, for example, having an informed perspective on when social content should be video or static.

• Collaborate with social media manager to enhance our social presence.

• Refine ideas to maximize creative impact for McCann Worldgroup’s clients.

• Act proactively as a problem solver.

What You’ll Need

Qualifications:

• A strong portfolio demonstrating solid typography chops and strong conceptual thinking.

• 4–6 years of design and storytelling experience.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in art, design, or visual communication preferred.

• Agency experience strongly preferred.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and Figma.

• Advanced design skills in Microsoft PowerPoint

• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and animation/video editing skills are a plus.

Key Skills:

• Versatile experience across print and digital, including presentation design, social media design, editorial design, and experiential/event design.

• Refined eye for typography, layout, composition, and color.

• Experience working with motion and animation.

• A concept-driven, design-thinking approach to problem solving.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to confidently engage with C-suite executives.

• Ability to learn on their feet, adapt to shifting priorities and deadlines, and handle multiple projects at once

• Ability to bring content to life through visual storytelling.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Proven ability to build professional relationships.

• Strong presentation skills and a ability to articulate ideas a compelling way.

Salary Range: 100k-110k
