- Greet visitors as soon as they arrive and connect them with the appropriate teammate.
- Answer the phone in a timely manner and direct calls to the correct offices.
- Set up meetings/events and schedule the conference room.
- Receive and sort all incoming mail and parcels.
- File, copy, and set up shipping information.
- Help with department overflow.
- Monitor office equipment and printer supplies.
- Assist with payables or receivables.
- Other duties can and will arise, and candidate should be prepared to take on these challenges openly.
- High School degree or GED required.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, demanding environment.
- Must be able to work independently and also in a team environment.
